Meet the Newest Program Features of Club

Welcome to 2017. Looking ahead, this year is going to be chock-full of Club enhancements, building upon a number of advances made in 2016. Last year, Members were introduced to new resorts, such as The District by Hilton Club and Las Palmeras, a Hilton Grand Vacations Club; others took to the water on the first-ever Member river cruise; and many started engaging with the new Club website and Club app.

Additionally, in 2016, many of you provided us with incredible feedback, which we continue to use to inform and shape the future of your Club. Based on your responses, we’re working to make your Club even more flexible and easy to use.

In the spirit of simplicity and flexibility, here’s a preview of enhancements that will help make vacation planning even smoother and more efficient for Club Members in 2017.

New Year, New Cruise Partner

Hilton Grand Vacations Club’s new cruise partner is CruisesOnly, America’s Largest Cruise Agency.

Saved Points—Even More Ways to Use

As long as Club Members save their Points by the expiration date, they can use the Points for everything except Home Week reservations. In other words, Members can do more than just use saved Points at Club Resorts or for RCI Exchange stays; you can also use them for cruises and other ClubPartner Perks or even convert them to HHonors Points. Now you don’t have to plan ahead and deposit next year’s Points to the following year to retain their full value. Save your Points now, or by the end of the year, and plan how you’ll use them later.

Converting Points to HHonors Points Made Simpler

Club Members no longer need to confirm a hotel stay to convert current-year, next-year or previously Saved Points to HHonors Points at a 1:20 ratio. (Please note that Members with Elite Plus and Premier status enjoy a 1:25 ratio for immediate use for current, previously save, and borrowed Points.)  Now, Members will be able to convert the number they need and use them how they’d like to within the HHonors program. Note: Members will still be able to retain the premium conversion ratio by converting next year’s ClubPoints to HHonors by December 31 of the current year and having the HHonors Points applied to their account in the next year.

Home Resort and Club Reservations Now Changeable

For those who have accidentally selected the non-changeable option when booking a reservation with a Club Counselor and regretted it, you won’t have to worry about this happening again. When making Home Resort or Club reservations, your booking will be changeable, whichever way you book. (Exclusions apply for SFX, Anantara, RCI and ClubPartner Perks.)
